1. Acceptance of Terms

(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides structural engineering, steel fabrication, and construction management services subject to the following professional standards and legal frameworks.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our digital platforms and terminate any ongoing engagement with our engineering departments, subject to existing contractual obligations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All engineering drawings, structural designs, CAD models, proprietary fabrication techniques, and technical specifications developed by the Company remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jalap Nepal Pvt. Ltd. unless explicitly transferred via a separate written instrument.

3. User & Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Jalap Nepal for structural fabrication or engineering consultancy are responsible for:

• Providing accurate geological and site survey data.
• Ensuring all local municipal permits and environmental clearances are secured.
• Maintaining clear communication regarding load-bearing requirements and technical constraints.
• Timely payment of structural audits and fabrication milestones.

4. Limitation of Liability

While the Company adheres to the highest ISO standards and Nepal National Building Codes (NBC), we shall not be held liable for structural failures resulting from:

• Unauthorized alterations to steel structures by third-party contractors.
• Seismic events exceeding the design specifications of the structure.
• Negligent maintenance of metal surfaces leading to corrosive degradation.
• Failure to implement recommended structural reinforcements identified during audits.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of structural contracts or digital service usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

6. Changes to Terms

Jalap Nepal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in industrial regulations or corporate policy. Significant changes will be communicated via our primary website and shall take effect immediately upon posting.
